Lanka Spice (Pvt) Ltd. was formed in the year 1984, by the Pathikirikorale family as a spice and herb manufacturing company that markets the “Mc Currie” brand. Today “Mc Currie” is a popular choice among Sri Lankan households and a much sought after brand in all parts of the island when it comes to authentic, high quality spices and herbs.

Our present product portfolio consists of over 200 products and we continuously strive to introduce new and developed products to our range of traditional, ethnic Sri Lankan spices and processed varieties of jar products. The Company has an in-house laboratory for routine testing of raw materials, work in progress and finished products. Our ‘Vacuum packaging technology’ is a popular service where we that all our products carry the hallmark of quality as this service is mainly patronized by parents whose children are studying overseas and expatriates who wish to take our products overseas.
